Happy Thanksgiving To All

Prayer for Thanksgiving

Heavenly Father, this day we pause to thank you,
for the many blessings you have given us...

For the passion and death of your divine Son, Jesus Christ,
We thank you God.
Through his death, He redeemed the world.

For the Church, we thank you God.
It is a light and beacon of your salvation.

For the saints and martyrs, and others in our
church history, we thank you God.
They have born witness to your graciousness.

For our loving spouses, we thank you God.
Together, we strive to seek you.

For our children, we thank you God.
They are our future.

For our loved ones and friends, we thank you God.
They are a reflection of your great love for us.


For our jobs, homes, and all that we have, we thank you God.
You have provided for us in abundance.

For our country, and our many freedoms, we thank you God.
We are mindful of those who do not have these many freedoms,
Especially the freedoms of assembly and worship.

In all, we pause and reflect on all that you have given to us.
Thank you for all that you have done for us.
Amen.

Victory is Always on the Way.

Father, I give You thanks and praise today for the promise of victory. Give me Your vision for the future so that I can move confidently into the abundant life You have for me in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Believe and Enter Rest

Father, thank You for peace and rest as I put my trust in You. Today I declare that You are my King. I declare that You are faithful. I declare that my faith and trust is in You, knowing that You have a good plan in store for my future in Jesus’ name. Amen.

You Are in Control of Your Happiness

Father, today I hold on to joy. I refuse to give it up, and I refuse to let go of my peace. Give me Your strength today as I keep my heart and mind focused on Your love in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Get Back Up

Father, thank You for setting me up for success in everything I do. I choose to trust and rely on You knowing that Your plans are for my good. I know my best days are ahead of me and look ahead to the blessings You have in store for me in Jesus’ name. Amen.

He Increases Your Strength

“He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound].”

Father in heaven, today I surrender every difficulty to You. I release the questions, hurts and frustrations. I choose to trust You and do the right thing. Increase Your strength in me so that I can live in the victory You have in store for me in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Give Your Faith a Target

Father, today I surrender every thought to You. I choose to release my cares and concerns so I can focus on Your goodness in my life. Thank You for the gift of faith to see the impossible become possible as I continue to place my hope and confidence in You in Jesus’ name, Amen.
