Take Time to Listen to God

“And the Lord utters His voice before His army, for His host is very great, and [they are] strong and powerful who execute [God's] word...”

(Joel 2:11, AMP)

Father, thank You for teaching me to hear Your voice. I choose right now to be still and lean into You. I pray that You will make Your voice clear to my heart. Thank You for leading and guiding me as I listen to You in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Kindness and Goodness

“See that none of you repays another with evil for evil, but always aim to show kindness and seek to do good to one another and to everybody.”

(1 Thessalonians 5:15. AMP)

Heavenly Father, thank You for displaying Your character through me. I choose to show kindness and goodness so that I can honor You with my thoughts, words and actions all the days of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Peace with Your Enemies

“When a man’s ways please the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.”

(Proverbs 16:7, ESV) Father, my greatest desire is to please You in all things. Fill me with Your faith as I study and obey Your Word. Help me to stay close to You always and thank You for giving me Your peace in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Follow Peace

“You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace...”

(Isaiah 55:12, NIV) Father, thank You for peace. Thank You for leading me forth in joy and victory. I choose to listen to You. I choose to tune in to You. I choose to trust You knowing that You have a good plan for every area of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Are You Listening?

“Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts...”

The Highest Power

“You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.”

(Nehemiah 9:6, NIV) Father, today I acknowledge that You alone are God. You are the highest authority among heaven and earth. Show me Your ways. Show me Your love. Help me to hear Your voice so that I can walk with You in peace and freedom in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Tune in to Him

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” (John 10:27, NIV) Father, thank You for leading me and guiding me in Your truth. I choose to tune in to You, I choose to tune in to Your Word. Help me to hear Your voice so that I can follow Your leading all the days of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
